EDUCATION
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with challenges that face veterans. Education is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. We offer assistance to military veterans in acquiring textbooks and supplies in their pursuit of higher education. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.
ADVOCACY
At A.W.A., we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in providing assistance and resources for veterans in need of employment and housing. Advocacy is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in these areas. We are currently partnering with organizations such as The American Legion, National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, and VFW to provide assistance for military veterans who are without a home. There are currently around 38,000 veterans who are homeless in the United States. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
